The Community Building

Once a schoolhouse, the Community Building offers 3 classrooms suited for:

  • Meetings
  • Company off-sites
  • Conference breakout rooms
  • Reunions
  • Memorials
  • Fundraisers
  • Workshops and classes
  • Potlucks 
  • Birthdays and more

For large events, rent the Community Building in conjunction with the Event Center.

Capacity

Each of the three classrooms can accommodate 40 persons.

  • Large rectangular and/or round folding tables; linens not included
  • Nice folding chairs
  • Upright piano on a dolly for easy moving
  • Large screen TV for presentations
  • Wi-Fi network available
  • Cater Kitchen: Range w/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, 3-well sink, prep/hand-washing sink, Bunn coffee maker w/2 burners

All items are by arrangement, so be sure to talk to your Event Coordinator for your meeting or event needs.

ADA Accessibility

Entry to the building is from a 4-foot wide concrete sidewalk. Upon crossing the thresh hold, visitors have a choice of a half staircase or an ADA-accessible lift to access the main floor of the building.

Both restrooms are also qualified as ADA-accessible.

Pricing is available hourly or daily. You can also rent the Event Center and Community Building together. Please contact to request pricing for your event.

Gym and Stage

Event Center

The beautifully restored Event Center includes a full size gym, large theatrical stage with green room, a pro sound system, field sports area, and more. Perfect for:

With so many possibilities, this space can be used on its own or in conjunction with the Community Building.

Perfect for large occassions, the Event Center can hold up to 299 people.

  • Non-commercially licensed kitchen is equipped with major appliances, cooking utensils, and pans. Dishes, flatware, and glassware are not included.

ADA Accessibility

ADA access is via a ramp on the north side of the building.

Restrooms are qualified as ADA-accessible.
